Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to Help and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Help include Help and Minnit LTD. 1. Collection of Personal Information

not be transmitted, distributed, or sold to any third parties, unless Help must (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Help or the site or Minnit LTD; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Help; or, (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Help, or the public.
Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose personally identifiable information or personally sensitive data through Help to other user(s), they may collect this and distribute it to others, with or without your knowledge or consent. Help will not be held responsible if other user(s) use content you willingly share with them against you.
Help allows users to link to external websites from within the chat. If you listen to an in-chat radio, click external links, or engage with users off-site, Help will not be held responsible for the privacy statements or other content on the external website(s).
Information provided by you, either automatically by your browser, or by content you submit, may be used by internal tools to enforce the
Terms of Service, and uphold any account suspension(s).
2. Creation of Anonymous Data
We may create Anonymous Data records from Personal Information by excluding information (such as your username) that make the data personally identifiable to you. We use this Anonymous Data to analyse usage patterns so that we may enhance the content of our Services. We reserve the right to use Anonymous Data for any purpose and disclose Anonymous Data to third parties in our sole discretion.
3. Data Retention
Help retains two types of data: temporary data, and permanent data. In most circumstances, temporary data is stored for up to six months before being erased, whereas permanent data will remain until removed by the user. In the event that temporary data may be needed for any legal purposes, or to record activity that violates the
Terms of Service to uphold account suspension(s), temporary data may be retained permanently.
Temporary data includes:
Messages sent within the chat, including direct messages
IP address(es) used to access your account(s)
Deleted image(s)
Previous email address(es) associated with account(s)
Unless otherwise stated, all other information you submit to the service shall be considered permanent data. This includes, but is not limited to:
Chatroom names, descriptions, rules, or other configuration settings
Image uploads
Payments made
Usernames, existing email address(es), existing image(s), IP address used to create the account, IP address last used to sign in
Account preferences and settings
Support inquiries
4. Your Rights over your Information
You have the right to request a copy of the information stored about you. Requests must be filed to
[email protected] with the subject "Access My Information". There will be several steps to verify your identity and the legitimacy of the request, and, in some cases, an administrative fee may be required, before the data will be handed over. Under no circumstance may you attempt to retrieve data on other user(s) by impersonating them; doing so will be punished by the full extent of the law.
5. Deleting your Information
You have the right to delete your account by going to the
account settings page and using the "Delete Account" option at the bottom.
Users who believe they have a right by law to have their temporary data and/or permanent data destroyed may submit a request to
[email protected] with the subject "Destroy My Information". There will be several steps to verify your identity and the legitimacy of the request. This will only be done if required by law. Some information may be retained if it's required to enforce the
Terms of Service, if it's required by law, if it is not considered "personal data", and/or if it is required for accounting purposes.
6. Use of Cookies
Help uses functional "cookies" to help keep you logged in to your account, store your nickname, and site preferences.
Our content delivery network (CDN) may also set functional cookies if you are on a shared IP address to help detect malicious activity. Additional information can be found

If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the Help services or websites you visit.
7. Security of your Personal Information
Help takes good efforts to secure your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, using SSL Protocol.
When personal information (such as a credit card number) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.
Due to the open communication nature of Help, we cannot guarantee that communications to and from you and the site will be free from unauthorized access by third parties, including, but not limited to, computer malware on your device, software bugs in first- or third-party software, or other means of intercepting data. Users of the site use it at their own risk. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that is disclosed, public or private.
Help allows users to submit Content (including, but not limited to, messages, pictures, audio, video, or hyperlinks) directly to one or more individuals. Any Content submitted to a user will be recorded by Help, and will be treated as public under US Law, regardless of any other phrasing, implied or unimplied, in the methods used to submit the Content. Other persons have the right to share Content you submit with anybody of their choosing, with or without your knowledge or consent. Help is unable to stop a person from redistributing Content you shared with them.
8. Children and Teenagers
Help does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of 18, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.
9. Information Viewable In Your Account
You are responsible for the safe-guarding of your Help account. If your password is guessed, phished, or otherwise obtained by another user, or if a device used to access Help is physically or digitally tampered with, a perpetrator may be able to access your Help account, with or without your knowledge. In doing so, they may be able to see content you have posted elsewhere on the site, including, but not limited to, your email address, name, or other personally identifiable information. To prevent this, you are expected to have a strong, secure password that is not used on any other site, and you are expected to keep your password, your email accounts, your personal devices, and your Help account secure. Help is not responsible for personally identifiable information being exposed due to your account being accessed by another user.
10. Reasonable Efforts
Help systems which are maintained by Minnit LTD, including, but not limited to, backend server code, applications, downloadable content, security software, and third-party services used to secure data, are always subject to amendments, upgrades, bug fixes, and/or overhauls. Minnit LTD will take all reasonable efforts to ensure the systems are secured, and will immediately fix known bugs that may result in user data being put at risk. Considering the aforementioned, and because of the complex and constantly changing nature of Help, and the security risks associated with using the Internet, we do not guarantee error-free performance under this Privacy Policy. To the extent permissible under law, Minnit LTD shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages relating to this Privacy Policy.

This Statement of Privacy may occasionally be updated to reflect company and customer feedback. Help encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how Help is protecting your information.
